iTunesJoin Bug Reporting

If you experience what you think is a bug in iTunesJoin, we’d like to hear about it! While any bug report is good, the more complete your report is, the better chance that we will be able to help you. If you are using iTunesJoin 1.1 or earlier, and cannot upgrade, please see our old bug reporting page.

At a minimum, please look in your ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter directory and send the file iTunesJoin.crash.log (and iTunes.crash.log, if our program caused iTunes itself to crash).

If you can, please open the application “System Profiler” in your /Applications/Utilities directory, save your profile and send it to us. We will only use it for debugging purposes; we might send it to Apple if we feel that your problem is caused by a bug in their products. Please tell us if you do not wish us to disclose your System Profile to Apple.
