If you experience what you think is a bug in iTunesJoin, we'd like to hear about it! While any bug report is good, the more complete your report is, the better chance that we will be able to help you. At a minimum, please look in your ~/Library/Logs directory and send the file iTunesJoin.log. Also look inside the ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter directory and send any crash logs for the iTunesJoin scripts (and iTunes, if our scripts caused iTunes itself to crash).
If you can, please open the application "System Profiler" in your /Applications/Utilities directory, save your profile and send it to us. We will only use it for debugging purposes and will delete it within 30 days; we might send it to Apple if we feel that your problem is caused by a bug in their products. Please tell us if you do not wish us to disclose your System Profile to Apple.
Please check, first, to see if you have experienced the AppleScript Bug. If so, please tell us whether you tried any of the workarounds on that page and whether or not they helped.
If you can please tell us as much of the following information as possible (especially if you choose not to send a system profile):
Please contact us at <> with your bug reports. We may contact you asking for additional information or clarification. If you are a registered user, and we cannot repair the bug to your satisfaction, we will be happy to refund your registration fee.
